INNOVATION AND GREEN TRANSITION IN THE PROCESSING OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS

The investment project titled “ESTABLISHMENT OF A PRODUCTION UNIT FOR PRE-COOKED AND BREADED CHICKEN PRODUCTS”, within the framework of the action “INNOVATION AND GREEN TRANSITION IN THE PROCESSING OF AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTS” of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, with a total budget of € €7,173,720.26, includes:

• Regional investment aid
• Construction and modernization of real estate facilities
• Landscaping and development of the surrounding area to meet the needs of the unit
• Purchase, transport, and installation of equipment (including laboratory equipment to the extent that it supports the operation of the unit)
• Costs for ensuring accessibility for persons with disabilities
• Intangible costs (such as software acquisition and patent rights)
• Aid for consultancy services to SMEs
• Innovation support for SMEs

The investment is implemented within the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan “Greece 2.0”, funded by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.

The project focuses on the comprehensive upgrading of the production process through the following pillars:

• Modernization of the unit’s equipment and facilities
• Improvement of production organization and operations
• Enhancement of product quality and safety
• Adoption of more modern and efficient production methods

Upon completion of the investment, the company will have upgraded its production and operational capabilities, creating the conditions for steady growth and strengthening its market presence.
